Hello – my name is Cadie Piecuch
I am a life style blogger, that focuses on wellness, beauty and sustainable living. As someone who fights anxiety daily, I feel it is important for me to share my experiences in what we can all do to provide self care. Self care that is more than just skin deep, and while yes, we may include face masks and massages, self care is much more than just that! Self care means a lot of things which ultimately starts with a healthy mind and a healthy body. Inside and out. Providing proper nourishment with whole plant based foods, not causing harm to yourself or others, daily movement and fresh air, spending time with loved ones or time alone, exploring your passions and new places or simply just enjoying a quiet night in.
My goal is to inspire others to live their lives, as mindful and as grateful as possible. I truly believes that what you put into the universe is what you get back and that we must all work together to change the path of which we are headed. I am constantly doing my best to practice self care while continuing to do my best at reducing my environmental impact. I am also a firm believer in having a clean and organized healthy home! … the more plants the better!
